안녕하세요
광운대학교 화학공학과 제38대 학생회장 홍영기입니다.
저희 화학공학과는 1985년 신설되었고, 학부 과정과 대학원 과정을 운영하며, 학부 과정에서는 학생들에게 기초적인 화학 이론과 실험 기술, 열역학, 전달 현상, 제어 등 다양한 분야의 공학 지식을 제공합니다. 또한, 화학공정 설계, 화학 반응 공학, 생물화학공학, 환경공학, 에너지 등의 심화된 과목을 수강할 수 있습니다.
또한 다양한 연구 분야를 포함한 다양한 연구실을 운영하고 있습니다. 이러한 연구실에서는 촉매 및 반응공학, 에너지 및 환경공학, 고분자 공학, 생물공학, 재료공학 등 다양한 분야의 연구가 이루어지고 있습니다.
제38대 [늘품] 학생회는 이름 그대로 지속적으로 좋고, 발전가능성을 의미하는 말 처럼, 항상 발전하며 부족함이 있어도 학우분들의 의견을 하나도 빠짐없이 수용하면서 학우분들의 학교생활을 즐겁고, 의미있게 만들기 위해서 노력하겠습니다.

I am Hong Young-gi, the 38th Student President of the Department of Chemical Engineering at Kwangwoon University.
Our Department of Chemical Engineering was established in 1985 and offers both undergraduate and graduate programs. In the undergraduate program, we provide students with fundamental knowledge in chemistry theory, experimental techniques, thermodynamics, transport phenomena, control systems, and various other fields of engineering. Additionally, students have the opportunity to take advanced courses such as chemical process design, chemical reaction engineering, biochemical engineering, environmental engineering, and energy-related subjects.
We also have a variety of research laboratories covering different fields, including catalysis and reaction engineering, energy and environmental engineering, polymer engineering, bioengineering, and materials engineering. These labs conduct research in diverse areas.
As the 38th "Neulpum" Student Council, we aim to continuously improve and fulfill our potential, just as the name implies. We will always strive to listen to the opinions of our fellow students and make their campus life enjoyable and meaningful, even acknowledging our shortcomings.
